- • Define and structure the entity explicitly as either a "Doer" PBO, a "Conduit" PBO, or a "Ring-fenced Hybrid" to align with strict SARS operational definitions.
- • Map and align the NPC's core operational obje
- ctives to the approved list of Part I (PBO) and Part II (Section 18A) Ninth Schedule Public Benefit Activities.
- • Gather and verify all mandatory supporting files (CIPC docs, ID copies, financials/budgets, and signed director declarations).
- • Digitally submit the application package through the SARS Tax Exempt Institutions Portal.
- Post-Submission Queries & SARS Support
- • Act as the primary technical point of contact with SARS and DSD during the lengthy application processing period.
- • Receive, review, and analyze any formal Requests for Information (RFIs) or letters of clarification issued by the authorities.
- • Draft and compile formal responses to up to two (2) separate rounds of standard SARS or DSD queries.
- • Ensure all additional evidence requested is structured and submitted within the strict legislative turnaround windows.
